Our Luxury Portofino 2 Bedroom Gulf Front condo is located in Tower 5 at Portofino Island Resort. Tower 5 is the newest and most exclusive tower, built in 2006. Tower sits closest to the gulf and is about 200 yards from the beach! It is a short walk to The Spa and Lifestyle Center located on near the Santa Rosa Sound, Tennis Courts and restaurants.

Our condo features floor to ceiling windows in the living area and both gulf front bedrooms. Master has king bed, 40" flat screen Smart TV, tile floors and ceiling fan. The Master bath has dual vanities, whirlpool tub and separate walk in shower. Second bedroom has a private bath, ceiling fan, 40' flat screen TV, tile floors and glass door with low profile door jamb access to the balcony.

Our unit is equipped with a full size washer & dryer, secure WIFI and a reserved, covered parking space. We also provide beach chairs and an umbrella for the use of our guests. There is a selection of books and board games for your enjoyment. Each of the five towers at Portofino Island Resort offer their own large swimming pool and hot tub, along with umbrellas, tables, chairs and lounge chairs. Portofino Island Resort is very family oriented, activities are offered for every age group (young children thru teens).
